Inspired by Liberty's 150th Anniversary Collection, I have created a Tote Bag, whose aesthetic is inspired by the window detail of the Tudor-inspired Liberty store on Regent Street. The bag's panel, with its dark borders around the windows, mirrors the panes and frames that run the length of the store front.
You will be guided in how to machine-piece cathedral window panels to showcase your favourite Liberty prints. The bag interior also features zipper and slip pockets. This pattern and video tutorial will guide you through each skillset, helping you create your unique Tote bag to proudly take shopping to the mothership, to Festival of Quilts - or anywhere you want to take a little bit of Liberty with you.
