This play on the traditional tumbling block and hexagon design is so rich in tessellated geometric shapes that the eye can find so many different ways to see it. I named it Piccadilly as it seemed to mirror the multiple routes out of the busy central hub of a teeming Piccadilly Circus. Like Piccadilly, it is busy and exciting but firmly rooted in a solid structure. This quilt features fabrics from Sally Kelly's Solstice collection.
Kit contains pattern with fully illustrated instructions to make the EPP block and lap quilts. Fabric and cutting requirements, paper pieces to create the central hexagon block and templates that can be used for fussy cutting (selecting design areas of your fabric).
Finished edge of the central EPP hexagon block is 15".
Height of finished EPP block at tallest point is 29.5". Width of EPP block at widest point is 26".
